What does your visit include?
Our fee is based on the length of the visit. Clients have a variety of requests for what they would like their visit to include. The visit is tailored to your preference. We walk, run, play, feed, water, scoop, etc. This is determined at our meet and greet so we know exactly what your pet needs to make his/her day. At no additional charge, we provide mail and trash maintenance, plant watering, and light adjustments upon request while you're away.
Do you work on holidays?
Yes! Due to the high volume of demand on these days, services rendered are subject to a holiday fee. Since time is limited, we HIGHLY recommend reserving your dates in advance as much as possible. We typically are booked out 3+ months for all major holidays.
How do you leave updates after the walk/service?
We use Doggie Dashboard that allows us to send notifications to you, via desktop or app. Based on your preference, you will receive pictures and any pertinent information after the service has been completed.
Are you available on last-minute notice?
We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, however, sometimes there is not a walker available.
Can you handle special needs and unique personalities?
We will customize a pet care program for your pet, taking into consideration the needs, health concerns, and temperament.
How do I pay for my services?
Biscuits Dog Walking & Boarding can accept cash, venmo, apple pay, or cashapp. We also accept credit debit payments through our automatic processing system. Checks are welcomed as well, please write under "Wanye Solomon".
Are your staff trained?
ALL staff are well trained and take a training class covering safety and training. All of our Staff Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check in all 50 states.
What are your business hours?
Biscuits Dog Walking is 24/7, our call hours are 6 am-9 pm.
Access to your home
Under the registration, please provide instructions well about entry to your home. Ex. Come to the back door, Garage Code, Alarm Codes, Spare Keys. Biscuits Dog Walking & Sitting will not be held liable for any damages to property or pets if someone else has entry to a home while providing service. Please notify us if someone will be in your home. Pet Proofing, Unsecured pets, visitors, security systems. Please notify us if these things are involved with our visit.
